Insurance FAQ

Do you work with all insurance companies?

Absolutely, we collaborate with all leading insurance carriers. Our team manages every dialogue and detail to guarantee your car meets OEM safety specs. Please note that you must personally initiate the claim for our work to commence.

What should I know about my claim?

Identify your claim category immediately. Are you pursuing coverage via your personal policy or seeking restitution through the other driver's insurance? Verify your deductible amount, rental car terms, and the liability caps of the third party. Check these crucial details with your Insurance company.

How long does the process take?

Timelines vary based on damage, parts availability, and insurance response time. We provide regular updates throughout the negotiation and repair stages to keep you informed. Understand some repairs may only take 3 days, whereas other cases can be over 30 days.

Are you a DRP (Direct Repair Program) or in contract with my insurance company?

No. We are not a DRP facility, nor are we tethered by contracts to any insurance providers. DRP shops typically have agreements that may incentivize cutting costs over quality. Our sole focus is restoring your vehicle to its safest, most accurate condition using certified parts and techniques. Legally, you possess the absolute right to select your preferred repair shop. Should any insurer suggest otherwise or attempt to redirect you, please be aware they are violating legal standards.

Am I owed diminished value?

If you are not at fault, you are entitled to compensation for diminished value through the other driver's insurance provider. This payment is calculated from your final repair bill to offset the drop in resale worth now that the car has an accident history. Generally, you cannot claim this if the accident was your own fault.

What happens if my car totals?

If your vehicle is declared a total loss, understand your legal protections. The insurer cannot simply provide a low-ball settlement. You are entitled to the current market value for a comparable car, plus taxes, tags, and licensing fees. Conduct independent research to verify you receive fair compensation. Your policy likely includes an appraisal clause if filing through your own insurance.
